Description of the Offer
This offer includes a [6] day and [5] night stay on the basis of a double occupancy for two adults accompanied by a child under the age of 6 years sharing the room, in the Hotel Marival Resort and Suites, with the All Inclusive plan that includes unlimited food and beverages, tips and applicable taxes, recreational activities, non-motorized waters. It includes transfers from the airport-hotel-airport for two adults exclusively; it excludes any other type of transport.
Requirements for the Offer
This offer is valid only for married couples or common law partners between the ages of 33 and 67 years, with minimum income of $70,000.00 M.N. (Seventy Thousand Pesos 00/100) per month or USD$60,000.00 (Eighty thousand dollars legal tender in the United States of America) per year, with at least two valid internationally accepted credit cards: Master Card, Visa or American Express (no corporate cards accepted), and who shall attend together to the presentation of the Marival Gold/Marival Platinum concept (with an approximate duration of 90 min.) on the day following to their arrival at the hotel. The use of this promotion does not imply the obligation to purchase or hire any services whatsoever. The payment of this offer constitutes an express acceptance of the customer to these terms and conditions herein.
At the moment of registration into the hotel, the marriage certificate with official picture IDs shall be presented, and these may also be used as proof of address of the couple, also, they shall turn in their reservation coupon.
In case that there is nonperformance with the terms and conditions of the offer, or if the couple does not attend the presentation of the concept, the payment of the total cost for the lodging will be paid at the current hotel rate.
Restrictions.
Reservations subject to availability.
This offer is non-transferrable, non-reimbursable, and cannot be used together with other offers or to stay with other related people (friends, relatives, etc.) traveling on the same dates.
The stay should be reserved and paid before your arrival, and therefore it shall not be valid at the front desk counter or with the hotel concierge.
Marival Vacation Club, or the operator of the hotel, reserves the right to modify this offer. The changes shall be effective from the date of its publication in the corresponding website.
Anticipated exits, No Shows or nights not used
No reimbursement shall be made for no shows, early departures or nights not used. The reservations may be changed to a different date but they cannot be cancelled. A request for change made at least 30 days in advance of the date of the arrival shall be at no cost, however those made with less anticipation, shall bear a charge of USD$100.00 (One hundred dollars 00/100 legal tender in the United States of America). All changes in reservations are subject to availability.
